Karla & Alex Wedding, Coral Sea Resort, Sorrento, Airlie Beach, Whitsundays

 I normally start from the bride and groom getting ready. Some of you can think that it's not important..But when you have a look at this pictures you'll see that they are so interesting and show you the beautiful interesting moments, which were the part of the day. Sometimes there is something interesting happens and it's great if you get it photographed. The Bride doesn't know of what happens at the grooms place, the groom doesn't know what happens on the bride's place when they are getting ready, but both of them want to know about it, for sure. There is a lot of lough, stories and memories when you're looking through your photos together.

Karla was getting ready at the Mirage Whisper Bay, Whitsundays. It was the third floor with the nice view over the bay. The weather was cloudy and the small rain added some water on the balcony's table, what allowed me to to the good shots with the wedding rings.

Karla brought her wedding dress and we did some amazing shots on the balcony when it stopped raining.

I spent some time with the girls and went to the place where Alex and his groomsman were getting ready. It was the Big 4 holiday apartments in Cannonvale. Just have a look of how everything went there. To get some journalistic style wedding shots you don't need to do something special. Just do what you wanna do, have some fun and don't look at the camera. In this way all the pictures come out natural.

I came back to Karla's place and did the nice interesting shots of what was going on. The makeup, the flowers, the bride maids, the kids, the parents and sure the smell of flowers and the tears of love.

It was all natural, beautiful, easy and fun.

The ceremony was at the Coral Sea Resort. The wooden pier was ideal for it. Here is the story.....

It started to rain suddenly. The sun was covered with the thick clouds. In the whitsundays it doesn't last long normally, especially when it's not a rain season. We didn't want to waste the time and the proper moments for the wet rain photography. The images come out nice and different. The main thing is to have and umbrellas and be ready to enjoy the rain. We went to the rocks and did an amazing shots. Just have a look at them.

Karla and Alex were working on the boats before. Karlas favourite boat was Summertime sailing boat and we went for a sail on it. It's the nice feelings, when you come back to the place where you spent a lot of your life time and feel the water again. Who doesn't like to be on the boat on the wedding day? I think-nobody! Everybody loved it and had a lot of fun. Sure we had an amazing shots!

The reception was in beautiful Sorrento Bar in Abell Point Marina with the magnificent views.

The decorations were beautifully supplied with "I Do Events Whitsundays"

It was the best way to cut this wedding cake!
